We strive to make our internships more than just menial work. When you sign on to be a Responsival intern, we'll give you tasks that both help you gain valuable work experience, but also that drive your personal portfolio forward. We offer paid internships and for credit internships. We typically offer 1 paid internship and two to three for-credit internships each semester per team.
No! Experience can only be gained one way, by doing it! Our biggest pet peeve when we were in school was that every internship required experience to get the internship, designed to give you the experience! We thought this system was unfair, and we strive to accept candidates who we think would be a good fit for our team, regardless of direct experience.
