I interned with Schenley during my time as an undergrad student at Pitt. I learned a lot of vital skills, most importantly that companies want writers who can give their businesses life online. I took a bit of a detour after school when I worked in the hospitality/ski industry and lived in Breckenridge, CO for a winter. After all the snow melted, I made my return to Pittsburgh with a brand new outlook. I was ready to get back to writing, so I reached out to Katie! It’s wonderful to be a member of the Reponsival family and use my skills to show off our client’s work.

My work is inspired by constantly improving my writing. I love the writing and editing process because there is always room for different ideas.

Outside of work I am an avid skier and love to be outside as much as possible. Whenever I have any downtime, you can find me walking around the city parks, finding a nice place to read and taking pictures of plants I think look really cool. I’m a big music fan too! I’ll go to any show that comes to town (especially at Mr. Smalls) and I am working on my record collection.
